Carmen is the creator of Cocina con Carmen, where she uploads easy video recipes with step by step instructions. Many of her videos are of traditional recipes for an adult audience.
Anyhow on Youtube, which has more than 1 million subscribers, you can find all kind of recipes for all tastes. The recipes that she publishes on her Instagram or Facebook accounts are also very successful.
She has two recipe books called: “Cocina con Carmen: Sabores de mi Andalucía” (Cooking with Carmen: Flavours of my Andalusia) and “Cocina con Carmen: Recetas fáciles para disfrutar a diario” (Cooking with Carmen: Easy recipes to enjoy daily”.
